From the acceptance of the order to the delivery to the customer in Riyadh, several important points were covered:
Order Acceptance and Confirmation
When our company receives a customer order. We communicate with the customer to clarify the specifications, quantity and scheduled delivery time of the demand.
This includes the signing of the contract in between, which details the determination of various key information such as the quality standard of the product, the price, the delivery date, and the logistics method.
Production Scheduling
After confirming the customer's requirements, we enter the production scheduling stage. This includes the procurement of raw materials, the configuration of the production line, and the quality control of the entire production process. Each step is strictly monitored to ensure that the products meet the technical standards.
Surface Treatment & Inspection
After the production of seamless steel pipe is completed, the next step is the surface anti-corrosion treatment, which includes descaling, removing surface foreign matter, and hitting a certain depth of anchor lines to increase the adhesion of the coating. Subsequently, the steel pipe will be coated with black and red paint, which is used to increase the anti-corrosion ability of the steel pipe and make it easy to distinguish.
After treatment, the pipe undergoes rigorous quality testing, including the appearance, thickness, and adhesion of the coating.
Packaging and Storage
According to the transportation needs, choose the appropriate packaging method to protect the product from damage during transportation. Meanwhile, reasonable storage management is also vital to avoid product damage.
Transportation
Transportation is a multi-stage process that includes inland transportation from the factory to the port and subsequent ocean transportation to the port in the destination country. Choosing the right transportation route is crucial.
Customer Acceptance
Upon arrival of the seamless tubes in Riyadh, the customer will carry out a final acceptance inspection to confirm that the product is undamaged and fully compliant with the requirements.
When the seamless steel pipes arrived in Riyadh and were accepted by the customer, this stage, although it marked the completion of the physical delivery, did not mean the end of the contract. In fact, this point represents only an important milestone in the execution of the contract. At this point, the important subsequent responsibilities and services have just begun.
