Raw Materials for ERW Round Tubes
Raw material preparation: steel coils of suitable material, width, and wall thickness are selected, degreased, decontaminated, and descaled.
Forming: Gradually bending into a tube shape by rollers, with the edges appropriately inclined for welding.
Welding: The edges of the steel strip are heated using high-frequency current and pressed together by pressure rollers to form a weld.
Deburring: Remove the protruding parts of the weld seam to ensure the inner and outer surfaces of the tube are smooth.
Heat treatment: Improve the structure of the weld and the mechanical properties of the pipe.
Cooling and sizing: After cooling, the pipe is cut into specified lengths as required.
Inspection: Including non-destructive testing and mechanical property testing to ensure the quality meets the standard.
Surface Treatment and Packaging: Paint, galvanize, 3PE, and FBE treatment to enhance corrosion resistance, and then packaged for transportation.
